Ce changement de l\u00e9gislation \u00e9tait une revendication de longue date de la part de nombreuses organisations, e.a. du Klima-B\u00fcndnis L\u00ebtzebuerg.<\/p>\n<p>Une des conditions est que la coop\u00e9rative\/la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile doit se composer d&rsquo;aumoins 7 participants, ceux-ci peuvent \u00eatre ou bien des personnes physiques, des asbls ou des fondations.
